Scarlett Johansson slams 'nasty' sex rumor: 'Outrageous'

Scarlett Johansson is closing down an "absurd" gossip that she said tormented her for quite a long time.

The "Wonder" star, 37, showed up on the "9 to 5ish with theSkimm" webcast and was inquired as to whether she could review a "unusual title you've found out about yourself or irregular things you've caught wind of yourself."

"There was gossip that went around for quite a while that said that I engaged in sexual relations in a lift," she said about a waiting talk that she got personal in a lift with entertainer Benicio del Toro.

"They presumably still compose those things about individuals, perhaps, yet I felt like when I was more youthful, it was more OK to compose truly terrible, skanky things about youthful entertainers," Johansson went on of the report.

"That was a story that followed me for quite a while, yet I generally felt that was preposterous. And furthermore, I forever was like reasoning to myself, 'Gracious, that would be extreme,'" added the entertainer. "The extremely brief time of … the planned operations of that appear to be so unappealing to me. I'm the individual who's scared of being found doing something I shouldn't do. So that made the story even substantially more silly to me, assuming you know me by and by."

Scarlett Johansson is shutting down an "outrageous" rumor that she said haunted her for years. 

While Del Toro's name was not raised during the lightning-round episode, the "Sicario" entertainer, presently 55, seemed to sneak around hypothesis over him and Johansson in 2005 during a meeting with Esquire.

Last year, Johansson invited a child, Cosmo, with spouse and "Saturday Night Live" star Colin Jost. She is likewise mother to a girl Rose, whom she imparts to her ex Romain Dauriac.
